Milena Dragijska is a business leader with over two decades of experience in international retail management and strategic expansion.
Since 2009, she has served as the CEO of Lidl Bulgaria. Under her leadership, the company achieved market leadership in 2024. Milena’s professional journey began in Germany, where she held various management positions in the expansion and administration departments at Lidl Germany and the corporate headquarters. Subsequently, she led international projects and quality control initiatives, also based at the Group’s headquarters. In addition to her role as CEO of Lidl Bulgaria, she is currently responsible for Lidl’s market entry into North Macedonia.
Milena Dragijska serves on the boards of the Modern Trade Association, the Bulgarian Entrepreneurial Association (BESCO), the America for Bulgaria Foundation, and the UN Global Compact Network Bulgaria. She is also an active member of the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
Milena holds an MBA in International Marketing from Reutlingen Business School, Germany, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen. She also earned a Master of Laws degree from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski."

With more than 15 years of experience in building and managing manufacturing operations, he brings deep expertise in operational leadership, supported by his background as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Prior to joining Parker Curtis, Ruslan held senior local and regional leadership roles within international industrial organizations, including ABB, Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, and Eberspächer.
He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and an Executive MBA.

Petar Tornev is the Managing Director of the Accenture Technology Center in Bulgaria. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the IT sector. He holds a degree in Computer Systems and Technologies from the Technical University of Varna. In 2015, he became an alumnus of Harvard Business School after completing the Leadership Development Program. In 2020, he earned an Executive MBA from the American University in Bulgaria.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of AIBEST and serves on the board of BCNL. He is actively engaged in advancing leadership transformation and development, as well as education in Bulgaria. He contributes to the development of strategies and innovative solutions in cloud technologies, cybersecurity, e-commerce, and management, and supports the implementation of policies related to cultural, age, and gender diversity within organizations.

Mira Ganova is an expert in the field of digital health and Executive Director of Cluster “Digital Health and Innovation Bulgaria”. He has a doctorate in organization, management and business communications. She holds a master's degree in public relations and health management. Her professional career began 15 years ago, during which she worked in the field of communications and management in the fields of marketing and advertising, energy and healthcare. In 2017 he held the position of Director of Public Relations of the Bulgarian Medical Union, and since the end of 2018 he has been the Executive Director of Cluster “Digital Health and Innovation Bulgaria”. As Director of the Cluster, she promotes joint efforts for the development of health technologies and the potential of the digital health sector in Bulgaria, with the aim of sustainability and efficiency of the sector, improving the quality of healthcare and patient outcomes, as well as stimulating innovation in the health ecosystem.


Senior electromechanical engineer with a master's degree in operational management and a master's degree in lean management. Mauricio has international experience leading corporate operations in a variety of industries as Director of Operations in large multinational companies. He specializes in business transformation, corporate talent matching and international strategic deployment of multi-plant enterprises, having implemented high-impact initiatives in a number of countries in the European Union and Latin America.
He is currently an official member of the Lean Institute Argentina and representative of the Lean Global Network, where he actively participates in international projects and initiatives for continuous improvement and operational excellence in 7 EU countries and various South American countries. In addition, he works as a coach, consultant and trainer in Lean Management, accompanying multinational and growing companies in the creation of effective, sustainable and people-oriented operating models.
The combination of strategic vision and practical experience positions it as a benchmark in the world of Lean, contributing to the development of high value organizations and cultures oriented to learning, efficiency and continuous development.


Engineer Maria Topchiyska is a seasoned business leader, consultant, and trainer in the field of industrial manufacturing. She currently holds the position of Director of Operational Excellence and Digitalization for a cluster of plants within Schneider Electric’s global supply chain.
Throughout her career, she has held various roles in manufacturing companies across different industries, both in Bulgaria and internationally, and has gained valuable experience as an MTM and Lean trainer. Upon joining Schneider Electric, she led the Smart Factory certification project at the company’s plant in Plovdiv. Following its successful completion in 2019, she became the first Bulgarian manager and the first woman to head the facility.
After completing her mandate as Plant Manager of the Smart Factory, Maria continued her career at Schneider Electric in subsequent corporate roles with expanded responsibilities and an increasingly broad geographical scope.
